AryaNote came out of a simple frustration: proper scheduling logic lives in heavy desktop software, and everything pleasant to write in cannot schedule at all. So most people keep two tools, and the programme and the thinking behind it drift apart. We built one place for both.

The grid works the way you already expect.

Arrow keys move, typing overwrites, Enter commits and drops a row. Select a block of cells and copy it into another schedule, or out to a spreadsheet and back. Fill a column down. Undo goes back sixty steps.

Where your work lives

Your account and every schedule, note and to-do are held on our servers, in an EU region, so that you can sign in from any device and lose nothing if you clear your browser. Nothing is sold, mined or used to train anything. Export all of it as readable text in one click, and deleting your account erases your content immediately.

Earlier versions of AryaNote kept everything in your browser alone, and said so here. That changed when hosted accounts arrived: your work now syncs across devices and a forgotten password can be reset by email. The privacy policy records what changed and when.

Access is limited, deliberately.

We keep the number of accounts small on purpose: people using AryaNote on real work with real deadlines, few enough that we can answer every question properly and change the thing that is wrong the same week you tell us.

Before we load anything from anyone else

AryaNote sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no tracking on this site. Two things are optional: the photographs, which come from Unsplash, and the spreadsheet reader we fetch only when you import an Excel file. Both send your IP address to the provider, as any web request does. Everything needed to sign in and keep your work stays on either way.
